Dress Code
Shoes are required at all times on the golf course. Golf shoes must meet the approval of the Pro Shop; metal spikes are not allowed.
Men’s Attire
Permitted: Shirts with sleeves and collars, turtleneck, mock turtleneck, golf brand hoodies, slacks, and golf brand shorts that are above the knee. Hats must be worn with the bill forward, and shirts should be tucked in unless they are the type of shirt that is designed to be worn untucked.
Not permitted: Tank tops, tee shirts, sleeveless shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, denim pants, boardshorts, bathing suits, bike shorts, cargo* shorts/pants and other athletic shorts and pants, attire displaying profanity or suggestive pictures.
Women’s Attire
Permitted: Golf brand shirts and blouses, golf brand dresses, golf brand skirts & slacks, golf brand shorts, and leggings worn under skirts. Hats must be worn with the bill forward.
Not permitted: Tank tops, halter tops, fishnet tops, non-golf brand racerback tops, cut-offs, bathing suits, sweatpants, denim pants or skirts, cargo* shorts/pants/skirts, tennis dresses, yoga shorts, and athletic shorts, and attire displaying profanity or suggestive pictures.
*“cargo” is defined as pockets that are stitched onto the outside mid-thigh of the garment.
Driving Range
The driving range is located near the first green and is available for use by members and guests. Shuttle service is available from the first tee to the driving range.
Practice Facility
A professional practice facility — with large putting and chipping greens and multiple bunkers — is located next to the first tee. This facility will help you ready your putting, sand play, and chipping game.
Golf Instruction
Pasatiempo Golf Professionals offer individual and group lessons by appointment. Golf lessons may be scheduled by contacting the Pro Shop at 831-459-9155. Lessons are scheduled individually with the Golf Professional of your choice and conducted at the Pasatiempo practice facility or driving range.
Rain Policy
If the players tee off and play less than 5 holes we give them a full refund on the green fee but not on the cart. Past 5 holes and up until 9 we give them 50% off if they quit. Past 9, there is no refund and they're on their own.
Walking
Pasatiempo is very walkable, having been built in the time before electric carts; for example, every tee is close to the previous green. However, our terrain has significant elevation changes. If you like walking and can handle a hilly course, you will definitively enjoy Pasatiempo.
Pace of Play
Pasatiempo encourages a pace of play of 4 hour and 15 minutes. There are Rangers out on the course to assist our guests in achieving this goal.
Caddies
Caddies services are available. Please call our pro-shop (831-459-9155) at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your caddy.
