Current Projects

2026: Robert Cox U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship Trophy ($90,000) – This project seeks to acquire and display a replica of the prestigious Women’s US Amateur Robert Cox Trophy at Pasatiempo Golf Club. This initiative aims to honor the legacy of women’s amateur golf and recognize the contributions of Pasatiempo’s founder, Marion Hollins, in advancing the sport. The replica will serve as an educational artifact, enhancing the historical narrative of Marion Hollins and Pasatiempo’s significant role in golf history. More Information.

Completed Projects

2024: Founders' Legacy Project in honor of Alister Mackenzie and Marion Hollins ($200,000) - Funding for this project was used to commission and complete the installation of life-size bronze statues of MacKenzie and Hollins and her constant companion Carlos, on Pasatiempo’s first tee box. The unveiling celebration of the completed project was held April 11, 2025 with donors, members, staff and artists in attendance. World renowned, Monterey Bay sculptor Steven Whyte designed and oversaw the project through completion and installation including the work of his young protégé, Phoebe Yontz on her first public project, Carlos.
